Studio Policies

PAYMENT & BOOKING

Lesson payment must be made in advance (at least 48 hours before the lesson time) to confirm your booking. Payments can be made with cash, or using electronic bank transfer.

BULK LESSONS & VOUCHERS

If you buy a bulk lesson deal or a gift voucher, please note that these expire 12 months after the purchase date. These purchases are non-refundable. However, in some cases they are transferrable. If you feel you will no longer use these, please contact me to discuss options of transferral.

48-HOUR ADEQUATE NOTICE POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, make sure to let me know at least 48 hours in advance so that I have adequate time to offer the appointment time to another student. If adequate notice is given, not to worry, your lesson deposit can be rolled on to your next booking or fully refunded where necessary. If less than 48 hours notice is given, 75% of your lesson fee will be forfeit. If no notice is given, the full lesson fee will be forfeit.

Bookings may be officially cancelled via email or text message.

LATENESS & FAILURE TO ATTEND

If you arrive late to your lesson, I will reasonably try to still offer you your allotted time, however if there is a client who has booked the time directly after yours, this will not be possible. If you simply fail to attend with no notice given, the full lesson fee will be forfeit as explained above.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY LESSONS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED

Prior notice will be given when the studio is closed due to a holiday or special event. Otherwise, please assume that lessons are scheduled as usual.

TEACHER RESCHEDULING

If the circumstance arises that I'm too ill to conduct lessons, your deposit will be carried over to the next available time that suits both of us.
